All registrants must provide proof of vaccinations that fully comply with the CDC guidance and recommendations in effect 14 days prior to the in-person gathering.
Participants will be expected to adhere to mask guidelines as recommended by the CDC at the time of the in-person gathering, unless superseded by local guidance. In the latter instance, participants will be expected to follow the local guidance, if it is more stringent.
Should you test positive or come in close contact with someone who has tested positive, in a timeframe that would preclude your attendance due to isolation or quarantine, a full refund of fees paid will be made upon receipt of substantiation.

All winter fees listed
include a $50.00 timely PAYMENT discount VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 15
will increase by $50.00 after that date, as will any outstanding balance.
On the payments screen you have the capability to pay any of the amounts mapped out by the Payment Schedules (summer or winter). Such items as Application Fees and Private Room Fees appear only once under a General heading for summer or winter rather than repeatedly under the headings for each session. The capability to pay multiples of any specified amount is provided on the PayPal site.
If you owe a non-standard amount, please customize your payment using multiple buttons which sum to the amount you owe. A small denomination button ($1.00) is provided to facilitate this and it can be used in multiples of your choosing to create a match to a non-standard balance due.
